Best Way Out Of Debt

without comments

what is the best way to get out of debt?

most of them bills.....hubby take make much but can not get help from state....becouse he make 10 dollars to much...so whats the best way out of debt?

1. Spend less than you make, whatever it takes.
2. Create a plan with a budget that you can live with then stick to it.

If you really want to get out of debt you have to figure out a way to pay more than the minimum on your debts.

First, stop getting/using new credit. Don't charge anymore, etc.

Pay your highest interest loans first, especially ones with no tax deduction, like credit cards. Pay as much as you can each month on that debt, and the minimum on all others. For credit cards, if you can afford the $60 (?) minimum this month, why not $60 again next month and next, instead of paying the minimum as it keeps dropping?

Run this CC Minimum Payment calculator side by side with the CC Equal Payment calculator to see what I'm talking about...

When the first debt is paid off, pick the next highest interest debt. Pay the minimum that you've been paying plus all the money that was going to the first loan.

This has a snowball affect as pays things off a lot faster than you would have.

Get an actual schedule here... Print it out and check off each month. If you get off track a few months, just run it again and start your plan again.

You Can Get Out Of Debt with the right plan and discipline. I know getting out of debt will bring you peace of mind. Best of luck to you!
